Remote EMS Training Equipment Rental Information
Congratulations on completing the online coursework for the EMS program! Please take a few minutes to complete the following form so we can get your equipment kit ready to ship.
- Please enter the email address you have been using to communicate with us during your course. This will ensure your kit tracks to your account in our system properly.
- Verify your current shipping address (the location you want us to send the equipment kit)
- Complete payment for the kit
Once your payment is complete our staff will get your kit put together and shipped to you. You will receive a tracking number in an email so you can see the progress of it.
(Note: Due to a current and unexpected remote student load, it may take 2-3 weeks to ship your equipment. Please assure that you still schedule meetings with you instructor in the meantime as there is much to talk about.)
